Country Cottage Works Customer Privacy Policy

Country Cottage Works values its Customers' Privacy and Security in ordering online. All customer account information is confidential, and Country Cottage Works agrees to NOT give or sell customer information to any third party without expressed written agreement from said customer. All payments are now processed through PayPal Secure Payments.
 

Country Cottage Works Ordering Policies

Ordering: There are several ways for you to order. You may order online through our website, or you may place your order by phone or email. To Order by email please email us with your order, and be sure to include your billing and shipping address and a daytime phone number for us to reach you at.

Shipping: Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Other options include UPS 3 day select and Second day Air. Sorry, UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Generally, all orders placed online are shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If we are out of stock of an item at the time the order is placed, we will contact you via email/phone to inform you. Please note: orders totaling over $75.00 that are being shipped via USPS will incur an insurance premium to the shipping, and orders over $100 being shipping by UPS will also incur an additional insurance premium.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any opened products. Unopened (all original tamper proof packaging is still intact) products may be returned within 15 days from date of sale at the customer's expense. A 20% restocking fee applies to returned goods. If you wish to obtain scent samples before ordering (limit of 5) please mail us your request with a self addressed stamped envelope to Country Cottage Works, PO Box 599, Lake Orion, MI 48361. We will mail you back scent sticks infused with the blends you have requested.

Damaged Goods: Please inspect your package upon receipt for any damages. If you find damaged items in your order, you need to save the original packaging box it was shipped in, your original order invoice, and the item(s) that are damaged. Contact us immediately by calling  (2... so we can process your claim with the shipping company.
